D-Day Coordination
Support for D-Day
Preparatory meeting
Four months before the big day, we organize a preparatory meeting to discuss the details of the day, the selected service providers, as well as the quotes and signed contracts. This meeting allows everything to be carefully planned so that every aspect of the event is perfectly orchestrated.
Contacting your service providers
I will contact each of your service providers directly to ensure that all aspects of their service are well understood and coordinated. We will work together to anticipate needs and resolve any potential issues.
Technical visit to the site
One month before the event, we will carry out a technical visit with your service providers to examine every detail at the reception location. This step is crucial to ensure that everything is in perfect harmony on the big day.
Creation of a D-day schedule
I design a detailed schedule for the day, bringing together all the relevant information for the proper management of the event. This document will be shared with all service providers one week before the wedding, to ensure perfect synchronization.
My presence on D-Day
I will be present throughout the day, from your preparations to the wedding, to supervise the highlights and ensure that everything goes off without a hitch. I will take care of:
• Managing unforeseen events and surprises
• Listening and advice regarding all your questions
• The installation of certain decorative elements
